What you'll build
An LED that turns itself ON when the room gets dark.
Before you start
You'll learn: Combining a sensor reading with an if/else decision — the read → decide → act pattern.
You'll finish: A night light that switches itself on only when the room gets dark.
Real world: Security lights, automatic headlights and solar garden lights all use this same pattern.
Then try: Tune the threshold for a baby's room vs. a passage, or add a second LED as a 'sensor working' signal.
Who does this: Automation technician — TVET electrical or mechatronics diploma.
